We are a small but growing third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment company located in North York dedicated to providing seamless, end-to-end logistics solutions to businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service for our ecommerce clients. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced part-time bookkeeper to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide bookkeeping services, A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations
- Manage HST/GST/PST government filings, NSF cheques, returned items, direct deposits, service charges etc., tax account and payments
- Prepare financial statements on a regular basis
- Prepare client invoices
- Monitoring/analysis of timesheets
- Accurate and timely filing and retention of financial records and documents
- Evaluate cash flow, cost controls and expenses for decision making purposes
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Quickbooks Online, Excel
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent office management and organizational skills
- Prior administrative experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently with mínimal supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
