Due to continued growth CORE is seeking to hire an **Environmental Specialist (Field Operations)**

The Work:

- Working primarily in the field on oil & gas, construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects within a multi-discipline, virtual, team environment;
- Irregular fieldwork shifts ranging from approximately 2-7 days in duration;
- 20% office completing field data QA/QC and data entry.

What you bring to the table:

- 2+ years of environmental fieldwork experience (i.e. wildlife, wetlands, construction monitoring)
- Experience driving ATVs, UTVs, and pulling trailers
- Experience with navigational and field data collection tools such as Garmin GPS, Avenza, Collector, etc.
- Experience working in adverse field conditions (remote locations, muddy roads, steep terrain, snow cover, etc.)
- Technically strong in more than one of the following areas:

- Vegetation ecology
- Fisheries and water quality
- Wildlife
- Wetlands
- Construction monitoring
- Working towards a professional designation (P.Eng, P.Bio, P.Ag) is not mandatory, but would be considered an asset.
