**JOB TITLE: EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR**

**Relevant Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably in high end or children’ apparel environments
- Familiarity with POS and client management software
**Interacting with every potential customer**:
- Greet and welcome every guest that walks in through the door. A greet can be nonverbal.
- Look for signs or an opportunity to be invited into a client experience
- Avoid generic scripts and look for opportunities to add value to the client’s experience
- Encourage exchange of information with the client and describe what benefits this will bring to them
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure the store is presentable at the beginning of each day to welcome guests
- Replace all sold out pairs of shoes
- Ensure all styles on the floor are properly tagged
- Through the use of HIGH gain questions, prescribe the correct footwear
- Use the Brannock device to accurately measure the child’s feet
- Replace every unsold shoe in its original presentation standard
- Place all footwear in their corresponding spot in the back room
- Process payments accurately through the POS
- Invite clients to leave their information
- Bring the back room up to standards
- Ensure the store is left clean and ready for the next day of business
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
