**Position Overview**:
As a Web& App Maintenance and Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, updating, and enhancing our website and mobile app. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible user experience, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to optimize performance. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving skills will contribute to the success of our digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly update and maintain the content, images, and multimedia elements on the company website and mobile app.
- Monitor website and app performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal speed and functionality.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to implement updates, improvements, and new features.
- Conduct regular testing to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and overall usability across various devices and browsers.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions on the app, ensuring data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Monitor user feedback and analytics to identify opportunities for enhancement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website and app management.
- Create and maintain documentation related to website and app maintenance processes and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in website and mobile app maintenance and management
- Working technical knowledge of programming languages, including Angular, WordPress and Strapi
- Proficiency in React native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design and user experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks and languages is an advantage.
- Experience in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a familiarity with web and Apps design specifications is a plus
- Familiarity with user interface design and user experience principles, paying attention to detail and user feedback.
- Self-management skills to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

**Salary**: Up to $25.00 per hour
