**About Us**:Ventmere is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce company dedicated to providing the best online shopping experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and help us manage our online presence effectively.

**Salary Range**: $5,0000 -$6,0000 **Job Type**: Full-time**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Management**: Manage all aspects of the Shopify sales channel, including product listings, ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate and up-to-date. **Promotions and Campaigns**:Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts on Shopify. Monitor and adjust promotion to maximize sales and customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content.

**Website Management**: Regularly update website content, including banners, landing pages, and product categories. Optimize website layout and user experience based analytics and user feedback. Design and implement visually appealing web pages that align with the brand’s aesthetic. **App and Plugin Maintenance**: Ensure the e-commerce app and plugins are functioning correctly. Perform regular updates and maintenance on the app and plugins.

**Customer Support**:Work closely with our internal customer support team. Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product listings and orders. Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Provide support for promotional campaigns and website updates.

**Performance Analysis**:Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, marketing, design, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

**Reporting**:Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, advertising ROI, and key performance indicators.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in Shopify store management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong artistic sense and design skills.
- Working knowledge of programming languages is an asset.
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
