**Job description**
Righto App is uniquely positioned to fill the gap in the North American market for a comprehensive automotive service app tailored to the local Chinese community. Righto App has evolved into the premier app integrating vehicle transactions, and automotive communities into a unified interactive experience. Simultaneously, Righto App partners with dealerships and sales professionals to enhance their business opportunities and increase advertising exposure.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Righto App. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with car dealerships and sales professionals, presenting the value of Righto App, and inviting them to join our platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Building Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and dealership management to understand their needs and promote the benefits of joining Righto App.
- **Presentation**: Deliver compelling presentations to potential partners, showcasing how Righto App can enhance their business opportunities and visibility in the automotive market.
- **Follow-Up**: Manage the follow-up process with prospective partners to address any questions or concerns and facilitate the onboarding process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for new partners onto the Righto App platform.
- **KPI Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales KPI targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets to drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Associate diploma, degree or higher is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field is an advantage.
