**Responsibilities**:

- Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Enter data into accounting system.
- Enter and reconcile credit card transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain vendor files and update vendor information.
- Prepare and process accounts payable EFT payments.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

Job Requirements & Qualifications Include:

- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Quickbooks experience an asset
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackfalds, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 4 years (preferred)
