_**Eagle Well Servicing, **_a division of _**Western**_**Energy Services Corp.**_ _is hiring a _**Personnel Administrator **_to join our growing team_

Western Energy Services Corp. is an oilfield service company which provides contract drilling services through Horizon Drilling in Canada and Stoneham Drilling Corporation in the United States. In addition, Western provides well servicing through Eagle Well Servicing in Canada, and provides rental services through Aero Rental Services in Canada.

**Position Summary**

The Personnel Administrator will be primarily responsible for a wide variety of administrative and support duties for the Personnel team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide high volume of data entry and administrative support to the Personnel Team
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Entering of New Hire packages, sending to payroll, and updating Ecompliance
- Conduct and complete a full orientation for onboarding a new employee
- Assist with completing daily log book audits
- Filing of field personnel information
- Create and organize paper files
- Assist with maintenance and monthly field personnel file audits
- Maintenance in the Personnel file room. Removal of inactive files and refiling them in the dead file room
- Setting up new Keep Truckin’ user accounts
- Tracking and entering PDA costs
- Assist the HSE department as required
- Weekly audit of employee files with HSE.
- Sending the missing or required information to coordinators to update files.
- Pick up orders (books, coveralls) as requested
- Periodically stepping into reception for vacation or sick days
- Trained new receptionist and assist receptionist in areas that need assistant
- Has full capabilities to run the frontend
- Supports recruitment. Phone calls, screening, job fairs, PDA bookings, preparing binders for orientations
- Assists with PPE set-up during onboarding process
- Full knowledge of fuel card management
- Organize and file rig paperwork
- Pick up mail
- Comply with standards and procedures of Western’s Health & Safety program and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and initiative when handling daily activities to ensure that all tasks are handled efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Other duties as required

**Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Office experience in a similar position preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellence in tracking, reporting and data entry skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail

- Although we have operational offices throughout the province, this position is based in our Blackfalds, Alberta office._
