**Sommaire du poste**

Relevant du chef d’équipe, Analyse et connaissance de la clientèle, le ou la titulaire du poste a pour principaux objectifs de fournir des connaissances menant à des actions, d’améliorer les activités de MAPS (marchandisage, proposition d’assortiments, fixation des prix, rayonnage [shelving]) auprès de la clientèle et de fournir des « premières alertes » d’occasions à saisir ou de problèmes à régler dans les relations avec les clients. Ce poste offre une expérience unique, qui ne se vit dans aucune autre fonction des Ventes, en raison du haut degré d’interaction avec les équipes Stratégie commerciale (gestion de la croissance des revenus, stratégie commerciale) et Marketing (valorisation des marques, analyse de la clientèle, marketing commercial).

**Respons**a**bilit**és**
- Trouver des occasions de croissance et de profit auprès des clients par l’analyse des données.
- Accroître le rendement des catégories et des marques auprès des clients au moyen des activités de MAPS, en formulant des recommandations commerciales pour favoriser l’amélioration continue des indicateurs clés de rendement.
- Bâtir des examens holistiques des catégories en utilisant de multiples sources de données (MarketTrack de Nielsen, Homescan de NielsenIQ, Numerator et autres) afin de devenir une ressource de confiance en matière de catégories pour les détaillants sous sa responsabilité.
- Personnaliser les documents destinés aux clients sous sa responsabilité dans le cadre de présentations visant à exploiter, protéger ou créer des occasions.
- Encourager l’utilisation améliorée d’analyses et de connaissances au sein de l’équipe sous sa responsabilité.
- Appuyer la création de planogrammes de référence pour les catégories sous sa responsabilité; analyser et créer des planogrammes basés sur les références en question pour les équipes internes et externes.

**Qualifications, **diplômes et e**xp**é**rience**
- Baccalauréat requis; maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA), un atout
- Au moins deux à trois ans d’expérience en gestion de catégories, ventes ou marketing dans le secteur des biens de consommation emballés
- Bonne connaissance du marché canadien et de la dynamique actuelle entre les marques, les détaillants et les consommateurs
- Solide connaissance pratique de:

- NielsenIQ
- Logiciel JDA de planification de l’utilisation de l’espace
- Numerator
- Expérience point de vente des détaillants (surtout Dunhumby), un atout
- Connaissances pratiques avancées d’Excel et de Powerpoint requises; connaissance pratique de MS Power BI et de MS Access, un atout.
- Bilinguisme ; excellente capacité à s’exprimer en français et en anglais (parler, lire, écrire)
- Aisance à travailler à distance

**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Analytics and Insights, the main objectives of the position are to provide actionable insights, improve MAPS' operations (merchandising, assortment, pricing, shelving) with customers, and provide "early alerts" of opportunities or issues in customer relationships. This position offers a unique experience, not experienced in any other function in Sales, due to the high degree of interaction with the Business Strategy (revenue growth management, commercial strategy) and Marketing (brand, demand sciences, commercial marketing) teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Find opportunities for growth and profit with customers through data analytics.
- Increase category and brand performance with clients through MAPS activities, providing business recommendations to drive continuous improvement of key performance indicators.
- Build holistic category reviews using multiple data sources (Nielsen Market Track, NielsenIQ Home Scan, Numerator, and others) to become a trusted category resource for retailers under their responsibility.
