**Let's start with the role**

Working as part of the CRM Strategy team, you will support planning, execution and optimization of all CRM activities for the Sportsbook vertical, focusing on American Sports in the relevant Markets. Working across different teams within the business (including CRM Campaigns, Local teams, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and BI) to build new and improve existing workflows, enhance customer retention and experience, as well as ensure Compliance, Responsible Gambling and AML regulations.

Will take ownership of the full Retention/Reactivation cycles, ensuring that they are optimized and all of the content used is consistent, up-to-date and engaging.

**Responsibilities**
- Support in developing and delivering the Sportsbook marketing strategy to align short-term success with long-term Product and Market vision and strategy by planning and executing multi-channel marketing plans;
- Manage the development of annual and seasonal plans that support the successful achievement of program and business goals;
- Taking ownership of end to end campaign planning, from idea generation, and briefing and liaise with compliance and the country team to understand any new required workflows needed and manage execution;
- Resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimization - on budget and on time;
- Work closely with the analytics team to understand promotional impact on customer value. Report on ROI for both all-customer and targeted offers;
- Oversee daily Sportsbook operations tasks, focusing on timely task delivery;
- Keeping track of sportsbook promotional content on site, such as banners and promotion pages;
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- University degree, preferably in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing;
- Min. 2 years of experience working in CRM;
- Sports and betting knowledge is essential;
- Knowledge of American Sports will be considered an asset;
- Interest in and meticulous eye for improving user journeys and user experience;
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with an inquisitive mindset will serve you well in this fast moving function;
- Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail;
- Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication;
- Fluent verbal and written English;
- Use of CRM Tools such as Optimove will be considered a plus;
- Strong analytical/mathematical/numerical skills;
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
