Air Canada Vacations is currently looking for a Coordinator, Human Resources / Vacances Air Canada est présentement a la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice), ressources humaines

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Initiate recruitment process by posting the position with proper job description internally and /or externally
- Receive and sort resumes for posted positions
- Open / close employee files with proper documentation, i.e. change of status, employment contract, etc
- Ensure proper documentation of employee profiles are available upon request i.e. affidavit for common-law spouses, student attestation, etc
- Ensure that all employee files are updated and maintained.
- Write letters for transfers, promotions, offers, temporary assignments, etc
- Assist in recruitment events for Air Canada Rouge Flight Attendants
- Assist in recruitment events on the Indeed platform
- Replace receptionist when needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or similar, with a minimum of one to three years’ experience
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written communication skills
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Act in a confidential manner
- Travel required

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Lancer le processus de recrutement en affichant le poste avec une description de poste appropriée en interne et/ou en externe.
- Recevoir et trier les curriculum vitae pour les postes affichés
- Ouvrir / fermer les dossiers des employés avec la documentation appropriée, ex. le changement de statut, le contrat de travail, etc.
- S'assurer que la documentation appropriée des profils d'employés est disponible sur demande, ex. l'affidavit pour les conjoints de fait, l'attestation d'étudiant, etc.
- S'assurer que tous les dossiers du personnel sont mis à jour et conservés.
- Rédiger des lettres pour les transferts, promotions, offres, affectations temporaires, etc.
- Aider avec les événements de recrutement d'agent(e) de bord pour Air Canada Rouge
- Aider avec le recrutement sur la plateforme d'Indeed
- Remplacer la réceptionniste en cas de besoin
- Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par le supérieur immédiat.

**CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:

- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, ou similaire, avec un minimum d'un (1) à trois (3) ans d'expérience
- Excellentes compétences informatiques, notamment avec Microsoft Office
- Souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite
- Bilingue (anglais et français)
- Agir de manière confidentielle
- Certains déplacements nécessaires
