**Position Summary**

The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing departments with a variety of administrative and coordination duties. To support the Liftow customer experience from start-to-finish, to respond to customer forklift-related leads, and explore additional business opportunities for Liftow.

**Specific Accountabilities**

Administrative
- Pay and file invoices
- Budget administration and assignments
- Input and qualify leads into CRM
- Provide reports
- Order and process marketing collaterals
- Source and work with suppliers
- Manage inventory
- Manage website chat
- Qualify marketing leads

Coordination
- Facilitate uniform orders
- Work with uniform supplier
- Manage uniform program
- Set up tradeshows
- Manage promo items

Customer Service
- Follow up with customers that recently purchased from Liftow
- Explore if other sales opportunities exist with new customers, explaining other services.
- Address customer issues/complaints uncovered during follow-up, directing them to appropriate Liftow personnel
- Pre-qualify Liftow website leads and then connect with the appropriate sales representative with more detailed information on the customer needs

**Education & Work Experience**

Post secondary education in Marketing or Communications or its equivalent plus 2-4 years experience in the field of Marketing and Communications.

**Competencies and Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail oriented and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel
- Knowledge of the internet and social media
- Customer service oriented and a team player
- French both written and verbal is required

**Working Conditions**

The Marketing Specialist will work out of an office environment, where a computer will be used all day long. Sustained levels of visual effort and regular levels of manual dexterity and concentration are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
