Drying, Processing and Packaging Technician

A B Laboratories is a Licensed Producer of cannabis located in Ancaster, ON. We have been licensed since 2016 and operate out of two indoor production facilities on site. We harvest every week of the year, with a focus is producing excellent dried flower to supply the Canadian recreational market. We currently are a team of roughly 30 people.
**We are seeking one responsible and positive individual to work on our Drying, Processing and Packaging team.**
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Becoming familiarized with and performing all aspects of drying, processing and packaging.
- Working in the Drying Room to begin drying cannabis flower after harvest; weighing cannabis, spreading it out across trays, monitoring moisture content of the buds throughout the week, mixing/shuffling buds as necessary, etc.
- Monitor drying cannabis throughout the week to ensure flower is dried to perfection and taking samples as required
- Become familiarized and use Milling Machine to mill cannabis flower, including operation and sanitation of the machine.
- Assist the packaging team with weighing/packaging of cannabis flower, labelling of pouches/boxes, preparation of product for shipping, etc.
- Maintain record keeping documents pertaining to each task
- Additional duties as assigned
Experience/Qualities:
