Some of your duties would include the following:

- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for management to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements agents
- Facilitate legal documents, service agreements etc.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Liaise with marketing staff.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Provide general support to visitors.

** Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proven relevant real estate experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with phone systems is a plus.
