**The Opportunity**

**What You Will Do**
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and networking devices
- Log all calls and issues in our ticketing system
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of products and services applicable to the software, hardware, and customers
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation
- Assist in the evolution of our software through bug reports and feature requests
- Collaborate with administration, development, and engineering as well as other stakeholders
- Make recommendations that will lead to growth for the organization as well as simplify use-cases
- Actively participate in team meetings within the organization
- Follow industry-standard and company-set best practices for all tasks

**Qualifications**
- College or university graduate with a diploma/degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in a technical support role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
