**Key Responsibilities**:Receptionist

You are the first point of contact for parents at our company.

Your main duties will involve answering parent questions about the company and about their children's involvement with our school.
- Conduct key reception and administrative tasks, providing service and information to those inquiring about our programs and services.
- Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for parents and visitors, reflecting UTG Academy's commitment to excellence and community.
- Address parent inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, fostering trust and building strong community relationships.
- Play a role in executing social media strategies that showcase UTG Academy's dynamic programs and community events as directed by your supervisor.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, promoting UTG Academy's vision and values across various platforms, and helping to grow our presence in the educational landscape.
- On-going communication with parents about school events, classes, camps and other opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally experience within educational, receptionist, teaching, teacher, or youth-focused environments.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and uplifting others.

A genuine, outgoing, and bubbly personality that resonates with children, parents, and colleagues alike.

Proficient in managing social media and understanding marketing fundamentals.

Resilient and adept at handling challenges, embodying the caring environment of UTG Academy.

A proven team player who is also self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic about making a difference.

Do not need to know how to code, but should be open to learning.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
