**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience in databases including SQL.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with building financial reporting, produce analysis, implementing scalable monitoring and implementing reporting solutions.
- Experience in a role that involves problem solving, analysis and presenting/communicating findings that can be used to drive decisions for an industry to executive leaders.
- Experience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to design compelling stories for complex problems.

The Americas Ads Finance team partners with business leaders across Business and Product. And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver insights into drivers of business, user / product metrics and market trends to support and shape the strategy of the Latam/Canada LCS Ads business; identify risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve Latam/Canada LCS Ads Finance processes and lead efforts to scale across the markets.
- Interact with other Ads Finance, Go To Market and other regional central teams to assure strategic and problem-solving alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.
- Own, run and improve operational processes from that support the Latam/Canada LCS Ads business.
- Provide regular reporting and insights for the Ads Business while developing tools and analysis to drive incremental business.
