Libro Credit Union has an opening for a passionately accountable Governance Intern (Summer Student) for our London location.

What will you do?

Support Owner Representative onboarding & offboarding activities through database management and document review
Update and maintain the Owner Representative database, Governance section of ViP and individual files.
Track and record Owner Representative and Liaison Director attendance for remuneration
Support administration of Owner Representative & Directors insurance plan via data entry into insurance provider secure portal
Assist with organization of governance events such as the Annual General Meeting
Coordinate food orders with external vendors for governance related meetings including Regional Councils, Board and Committees
Support Libro Owner Representative Training workshop registrations and distribute pre-workshop materials.
Track and report Owner Representative Training completion
Review and recommend enhancements to Governance Hub and Corporate Governance sections of Libro Spark
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Corporate Secretary

Demonstrate commitment to innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrate a professional image that supports and reflects the “ Be Libro ” statements and promotes the culture and brand identity of the organization.
