We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated **Project Administrator** with previous experience who has already been there and done this, but is looking for a new challenge with a reputable company. If you are highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask and work under tight deadlines, this may just be the opportunity for you.

**What you will do**:

- Review and process shop drawings and samples
- Obtain building permits
- Update project schedules
- Review and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain drawing logs
- Be the driving force behind close-out documents
- Maintain detailed, accurate project documents

**What you will need**:

- Certificate in Administrative program and/or equivalent experience.
- 2 years’ experience on large scale residential and commercial projects.
- Good sense of humour is essential.
