As a Warranty Administrator, you will be the key player in managing our claims return process, ensuring seamless operations aligned with our high standards. #RafraichisTaCarriere

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Expertly organize and manage merchandise returns from branches
- Serve as a strong communicator, coordinating warranty information with manufacturers
- Maintain precision and accountability in tracking and managing claims and returns with suppliers

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- High school diploma
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a bilingual environment
