Your main goal is to manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development and closing of new business opportunities in North America to help us to scale our product.

You will qualify leads and drive sales, initially with an existing list of target customers, and also create further opportunities. You will be driving the sales process:

- For small business targets, you will manage the end-to-end process from lead generation through to sales close;
- For medium and large business targets, you will initially qualify leads and later generate new leads. You will take overall responsibility for driving the sales process drawing on relevant input from the co-founders and other team members throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**
- For existing leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Qualify new leads and drive sales in key target markets;
- Arrange and lead product demonstrations;
- Working with the co-founders and marketing assistant, support the implementation of marketing strategies to support lead generation;
- Manage the proposal process, content creation, and inputs from various sources;
- Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall process experience;
- Frequently communicate status to the team including sales updates, and new business leads ensuring co-founders are lined up as required to support the sales process;
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company;
- Track performance and report metrics;
- Attend and/or manage booths at conferences throughout North America, creating leads and following up.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Successful track record selling to, and relationships in, the IT industry (i.e. to Managed Services Providers and large IT Teams) in Canada and/or the US.
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Understanding of the challenges & rewards of working collaboratively from a remote work environment.
- Team player, critical thinker, and awesome communication skills (fluent in English).
- Experience in sales techniques & CRM software.
- Ability to deliver presentations effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
