The primary responsibility is to provide an assortment of beverages for patrons in the bar as well as prepare those at a service bar for bar servers and dining room servers.

**Seasonal - Full Time**

**Wage-$17.52 Plus Gratuity**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Open and close the bar by completing any necessary prep work and closing duties to prepare the area for the following shift
- Process orders using the point-of-sale system in place
- Maintain excellent product knowledge including regular inventory as well as special features to educate guests on offerings in a friendly, animated and efficient manner
- Act as a sales agent for and has the knowledge to prepare cocktails and pour draft. Understands food service

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Must have Smart Serve Certificate
- Prior bartending experience considered an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiar with POS system considered an asset
