This role is integral to the ongoing success of Finch Collision Centre, contributing to our legacy of automotive service excellence within the Finch Auto Group family.

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Production Oversight**:
Manage Vehicle intake a distribution to the team.

Manage and coordinate the production workflow to ensure timely and high-quality completion of repairs.

Assign workorders in Body Shop Connect

Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and other team members to optimize production processes.

**Team Leadership**:
Supervise and motivate a team of skilled technicians and support staff.

Provide training and support to enhance the skills and efficiency of the production team.

**Quality Control**:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

**Resource Management**:
Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

**Communication**:
Foster open communication within the team and with other departments.

Provide regular updates to management on production status, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Production Manager in an automotive repair or collision center.

Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and industry best practices.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.

**Education and Experience**:
Collision Centre Experience will be an asset.
