London, Canada Trackunit Full time

**Come make a difference in a fast-growing innovative and fun Software Product Management team that combines a startup atmosphere with a global industry-leading product portfolio. You’ll be part of building the future of Trackunit’s product ecosystem.**

As a Product Manager, you will work across teams and departments to guide software products from research over idea to launch by connecting the customer-, technical
- and business worlds. You’ll break down complex problems into steps that advance product development at the speed of light.

You will have an important role in inspiring today’s industrial digital transformation and support the industry to revamp its businesses with strategic, powerful solutions. You will create transformational roadmaps and build our organization through the product lifecycle.

**We offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from home and our locations in Kitchener and London, Ontario.**

**What’s in it for you?**:

- An international environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders. You will become part of a skilled and agile legal team that are highly collaborative across boarders and has a transparent culture.
- Great development opportunities through training, coaching and mindfulness. We facilitate it through Impact Conversations, where we shape together a learning path every quarter and touch upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
- Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us that we state in a job post. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like in order for you to balance everything in your life.
- We are committed to creating and contributing to an inclusive workplace. We practice what we preach by advocating for female leadership in our organisation and have an internal TIDE (Trackunit Inclusion, Diversity and Equity) community. Creating diversity in the construction industry is a long-term goal and we would be happy to have you support us work towards this company and industry initiative.

**Every day is different, but you can expect to**:

- Own the research, ideation, development, launch, and improvement of software capabilities with your team, with the goal to create a strong outcome for our customers, our business, and the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to get new capabilities shaped and shipped.
- Define and analyze success metrics of launches based on the desired outcomes to learn what worked and what didn’t.
- Work collaboratively with our Product Marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, core messaging, and enablement tools to support internally and externally.
- Contribute to the shared vision of the Trackunit product ecosystem and drive consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for your product areas and thereby facilitate product evangelism to ensure widespread adoption of our products.
- Involve and inform key stakeholders to facilitate the change towards a product-led organisation.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You are passionate to deliver products at the right time while delivering value digitally that drives strong outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.
- You know what great software products look and feel like
- Experience from a Product Management-like role is a plus
- You are energized by lean start-up principles and design approaches
- You have a strong business acumen
- Experience conducting user research, mapping opportunities, and developing concepts
- Excellent communicator
- Open-minded team player with a ‘get things done’ mindset
- Great people skills
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.

**Overview of the recruitment process**:

- Meet and greet - likely on a virtual videocall. Here you will meet the hiring manager and other relevant colleagues, so we can get to know each other better.
- Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment (we use Hogan) prior to the interview. In the interview, you will first of all get feedback on your results, but the aim is just as well to have a dialogue about what you thrive in, what we offer etc. We know it’s a two way street.
- Assignment specific interview. Based on the learnings from the process you will be given a case to prepare. You will present the case to the hiring manager and other relevant new colleagues.
- Offer presentation and walk through. We're excited and lucky to have you

**Coming Together To Connect Construction**:
We’re committed to construction - one of the largest industries in the world. Over the past two deca
