**Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Create and update records in a variety of programs (i.e., Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Provide assistance in various office areas as needed
- Resolve office-related problems and respond to requests or issues
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain trusting relationships with colleagues and clients
- Be familiar with Matrix Mechanical Group Ltd business services and provide general support to customers as needed
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
