Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Managing telephone calls and directing visitors to the appropriate department
* Providing administrative support to the sales, customer service, and accounting departments
* Maintaining client files and managing small tractor and equipment billing
* Preparing client receipts and sales representatives' documentation
* Assisting the branch manager in monitoring deliveries for new equipment
* Requesting the preparation of John Deere financing contracts
* Opening and distributing the Branch's mail and correspondence
* Balancing the Branch's cash registers using Excel
* Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* A high school diploma
* Functional French, an asset to serve our French-speaking clientele
* Two years' experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position
* Good computer knowledge, including Excel
* Basic accounting notions, an asset
* Interpersonal skills and flexibility
