**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking an individual with a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 5+ years of transitional real estate experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to work within and support a real estate team, manage real estate transactions from start to finish, prepare draft requisition letters and responses, draft purchase, sale and mortgage documents, manage refinances and private mortgages, report to clients and lenders, calendar management, digital and physical file maintenance and communicating effectively with lawyers, clients, real estate agents, banks and mortgage brokers. Experience with MS Office, Teraview and Unity are a must and knowledge of LEAP will be considered an asset.

**About You**:
You are a team player who can contribute positively to a supportive environment but also excel and maintain focus while working independently. You have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, and multitask, all of which will assist you in working in this fast-paced environment. You are also not afraid to ask questions when you need guidance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an asset for dealing effectively with clients, lawyers and professionals in the interests of our clients.
