Realty Executives is a growing brokerage with multiple locations across the United States, Canada and other countries. We provide an in house CRM tool, with a variety of marketing materials that will help you promote your business online. Our extensive training program will prepare you to deliver exceptional customer service to your clients, we help you develop call scripts, door knocking strategies, social media guidance and support. Realty Executives Edge in Guelph has a growing team of like minded individuals that support and guide each other on transactions. No longer are you a solo agent trying to navigate real estate, you will be part of a team that will help you grow your business.

We have three locations to help you, Guelph, Cambridge and Kitchener, with the main office at 265 Hanlon Creek Boulevard, Unit 6.

**What we provide**:

- Extensive training program provided by our central office
- Support on transactions from writing up an offer, to selecting the best possible clauses
- Use of the in house CRM tool providing you the best way to stay in touch with your database
- Professionally created marketing materials for your social media posts
- Ongoing training sessions to help you stay up to date on new processes, maintaining your license and guiding you on the current market.

- Broker of record who is invested in growing your business
- New agent onboarding and training, if you just got your license, we are here to help you navigate your business and help you become successful as a real estate agent.

**Responsibilities**:

- List and sell residential or commercial real estate
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold Ontario Real Estate License in good standing
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields would be ideal, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
