Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Coordinator to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. This role involves coordinating due diligence and feasibility studies for investigating new development opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating regulatory duties such as re-zoning, development permits, site plans, and building permits. Researching zoning ordinances, construction regulations, and environmental restrictions is also a key aspect of this position.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Development Coordinator will assist in coordinating the work of architects, engineers, construction companies, and property managers. Providing general support to the Development team and establishing excellent working relationships with city and administration staff are also essential components of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in Real Estate, Land Use Planning, Business, or other related education required.
  • One (1) year minimum experience in the residential real estate industry, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects would be an asset.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
About the Role:
