**Receptionist/General Administrator Position Available Immediately**

**Location**:5 Arthur Street South, Guelph, Ontario

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement: Create a positive first impression by ensuring all interactions with customers and clients are courteous and professional.

Administrative Support: Collaborate with the Baker Sales Representative to manage phone calls, prepare brochure packages, and enter registrations into our database.

Office Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.

Event Assistance: Support the setup and cleanup of office events and meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service/admin experience is an asset.
- Basic-Intermediate MS Office skills: Word, Outlook, Excel.
- English Language Proficiency: written and verbal.
- Must be outgoing, energetic and proactive
- Must have professional phone ethic
- Must be able to work independently under mínimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task effectively with a "can-do" attitude

**Contract Length**:To Be Discussed, likely 3-6+ months, industry/sales dependent

**Expected Start Date**: Immediate

**Schedule**: Weekends (12 pm to 5 pm)

**Education**:Secondary School (required)
