Professional Services Onboarding Specialist

This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely. _#LI-Remote_
**About the role**:
Vena Solutions is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Enablement Team. The PS Onboarding Specialist will aid in onboarding program delivery and development. This role will partner closely with our leaders in Professional Services, Operations, Product and Technology, and Solutions, to create and deliver programming for Professional Services new hires on a regular basis.
**What you will do**:
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage onboarding sessions for new members of the Professional Services team.
- Play a critical role in setting up our implementation partners for success.
- Support in the development of Professional Services collateral, communicate content adoption metrics and maintain feedback and review processes.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions by presenting set materials and driving group discussions.
- Manage Vena's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its content is relevant and up-to-date, and course completion reports are sent to all stakeholders.
- Manage Enboarder workflows and surveys.
- Ensure a world-class onboarding experience for office-based and remote employees.
- Maintain a culture of ongoing learning, coaching, and sharing best practices.
**Does this sound like you?**
- 2+ years of experience delivering either customer or internal onboarding.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Implementation, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Accounting preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Data Integration and data modelling experience, or a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills, proactively ask thoughtful questions and demonstrate an understanding of customer needs
- A passion for creating meaningful and impactful learning experiences for others.
- Loves working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and high-growth environment.
- Ability to proactively problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create presentations, history of coaching, facilitation and/or mentoring.
- Motivated self-starter with a high energy level and a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
