Retail Activation Specialist

As a Retail Activation Specialist, you will orchestrate the promotions and push growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer experience. You will work in conjunction with the marketing team to activate the brand's strategic vision in store.
**COMMERCE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL FUNDAMENTALS**
- Support the Trade Activation Manager in the execution of the in-store marketing strategy.
- Become the expert in the execution of in-store displays.
- Lead the in-store displays execution: discuss the plan with the internal sales team, give a technical brief to the supplier, support the marketing team in the delivery of the product splits & the visuals, calculate the ROI and make recommendation to improve future executions.
- Create your own tools to organize seamless in-store executions and to monitor their results.
- Monitor executions and share insights with brand team - using Shelfgram, Nielsen Sales Fundamentals, displays sell through analysis.
- Use these insights to participate in building the national and accounts specific display plans with Trade Activation Manager and brand team.
- Track competition’s in-store execution.
- Make recommendations on how to optimize budget based on ROI.
- Lead and organize store visits for internal team. Share key insights and next steps discussed on the road visit.
**DEVELOPS CUSTOMER-CENTRIC & O+O BUSINESS**
- Build and executes O+O distribution strategy.
- Activate the in-store portion of go-to-market strategy: leading displays execution, ad layout, etc.
**MONITORS SELL-IN & SELL-OUT EXCELLENCE**
- Monitor and adjust forecast of displays with accuracy. Make sure to align forecast with the key account managers.
- Ensure strong display forecasting accuracy measured by Demand Planning KPI.
- Analyse display sell though to make recommendations to improve plans.
- Come up with ideas to ensure the brand delivers the sell-in plan.
- Anticipate potential display production issues and work collaboratively to overcome ROI analysis.
- Participate in quarterly presentation to show display ROI and make recommendation.
**SUSTAINABILITY**
- Bring a sustainability perspective into all executions of in-store displays, align with our L'Oréal for the Future commitments.
- Bring innovative solutions to improve our ecological footprint with our in-store displays.

- Promote collaborative environment with internal stakeholders.
- Show leadership on overcoming challenges in a positive way.
- Have a proactive mindset to anticipate opportunities and challenges.

- Be close with all collaborators (commercial, supply chain, digital, operations, etc.)
**OTHERS**
- You are organized, have a rigorous work ethic
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- You are bilingual (French-English) oral and written
