**Que ferez-vous?**
- Mener des actions de formation et de gestion de la performance sur une base de porte à porte pour les MSA.
- Cultiver et renforcer les relations avec les dirigeants des magasins Best Buy et des districts.
- Vous êtes responsable de l'exactitude des rapports et veillez à ce que les MSA aient un taux de présence optimal.
- Gérer les tâches quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles des MSA.
- Fournir des informations recueillies auprès des MSA et sur le terrain afin d'éclairer la prise de décision.
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en œuvre du programme Champs au sein de l'environnement Best Buy.
- Utiliser Power BI et Blueskills pour conduire et présenter les résultats.
- Cataloguer et partager les meilleures pratiques à travers les portes des MSA.
- Faciliter la collaboration entre les responsables de marché, les conseillers principaux de Microsoft et les formateurs principaux par le biais de processus établis.
- Mener des sessions individuelles avec les conseillers principaux de Microsoft.

As a Retail Engagement Specialist (RES), you'll play a crucial role in the MSA Program at Best Buy, operating under the supervision of Regional Managers. Your primary responsibility of the RES is to enhance performance, insight, and accountability among Microsoft Senior Advisors.

**What will you do?**
- Conduct coaching and performance management on a door-by-door basis for MSAs.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Best Buy Store and District leadership.
- Drive accountability and accuracy in reporting, ensuring optimal call attendance for the MSAs.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly MSA task accountability.
- Provide insights gathered from MSAs and the field to inform decision-making.
- Drive adoption of the Champs Program within the Best Buy environment.
- Utilize Power BI and Blueskills to drive and showcase results.
- Catalog and share best practices across MSA doors.
- Facilitate collaboration between Market Managers, Microsoft Senior Advisors, and Master Trainers through established processes.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with Microsoft Senior Advisors.
