**FULL-TIME Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Experience Required)**
You will also be responsible for helping with events, managing print advertising, updating our website, and reaching out to our contact database. You will also be helping real estate agents with their own personal marketing and advertising.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
- Create and implement a marketing strategy to develop brand presence.
- Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
- Creation and management of marketing for listings, open houses, and coming soon campaigns.
- Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
- Write weekly blogs
- Incorporate new prospects into marketing campaigns
- Help to plan and organize all agent training and networking events, take photos/videos, and then market on social media
- Create, edit and post videos
- Develops innovative forward-thinking design concepts
- Be a graphic design pro You can execute flyers, postcards, social media posts, etc...with ease and professionalism
- Stay informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes that help maintain the brokerage’s competitiveness
- Research and deployment of new media that benefit and improve SEO results
- Manage vendor/partner service providers from concept to completion
- Help individual agents with their own personal marketing, advertising, and social media
- Deliver monthly, tri-annual, and yearly real estate stats
Qualifications & Skills:
- A great track record with print and online marketing, social media management, blogging, Database Management, and SEO/Website management.
- Graphic design experience is a MUST with a portfolio or previous work
- Proficient in the use of Adobe programs (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Canva
- Must have experience in social media management and growing a following. Also executing strong lead generation campaigns.
- Must have experience with creating high-quality print marketing, website/blog entry, and editing
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Tech-savvy
- 3 or more years of experience in Marketing required
- Team player
- Well organized with strong customer service, writing, and presentation skills
- Must have technical proficiency in a variety of software programs including website maintenance
- Must have strong self-motivation and time management, along with superior attention to detail.
