**Job Description**:
**Vendor Management (70%)**:

- Identify, document, and present each category of SSENSE technology vendor using industry standard terms and definitions acting as the starting point of vendor management program inputs and outputs
- Working with the Director, evaluate Technology and Business requirements to design, initiate, and track an SSENSE Vendor Management program
- Continuously evaluate to maintain appropriate functions, inputs, outputs, and measurability
- Build, support, execute, and be accountable for Vendor Management reporting
- Monitor reporting to ensure accuracy, in-sync with program changes, and reliable evaluation
- Stay aware of industry related technology and retail trends, monitor and evaluate technology vendors to identify functional or entire service gaps out of pace with SSENSE goals
- Co-present a quarterly state of SSENSE Vendors report that highlights and drives innovation or value creation by identifying and addressing gaps to Senior Leadership.

**Contract Management (20%)**:

- Evaluate current vendor contracts across categories by matrixing key contract functions across and within technology categories to deliver the foundations of a contract management program
- Co-present a quarterly state of SSENSE Vendor contracts that highlights disparities within and across technology categories

**Purchase Order Management (10%)**:

- Act as backup to the Sr. Purchasing Agent to create and release Purchase Orders
- Report on Purchase Orders as needed

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of recent technology related experience preferably with an ecommerce or retail company
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in technology Vendor or Contract Management teams
- Proficient in English, French an asset
- Certified in CCCM, CPCM, and/or CCMP or equivalent certifications
- Experience with SAP Hyperion or other similar Enterprise products
- Proficient with most Google Suite or MS Office/365 Products
- Highly skilled with Google Sheets or Excel (Google Apps Scripts, Query, Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Demonstrable track record of high-performance in a demanding rapidly changing environment
