**Job Description**:
- So, what will your new role look like?_
As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will liaison with the marketing functions of the business and then translate that vision to technology implementation to deliver marketing goals. You will oversee the planning, maintenance, and operation of marketing information systems. You will meet with management regularly to discuss ways to keep information technology flowing and help GSoft meet its goals.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Be the owner and point person for the strategy and implementation of our marketing technology solutions, including Marketo’s and HubSpot's automation processes
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing tech stack, scalable processes, and work methods
- Communicate effectively and mobilize the team around new processes and new marketing technology rollouts
- Oversee the training for marketing software and user adoption
- Lead large cross-functional projects as the business expert and technical stakeholder, including working with developers, solutions architects, and sales operations managers
- Represent the voice of the marketer during the implementation of solutions and cross-functional projects
- Be the first line of support for troubleshooting errors identified in the customer journey, subscriptions, and automation systems
- Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors

- Lead large cross-functional projects as the business expert and technical stakeholder and drive user adoption - 50%
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing tech stack, scalable processes, and work methods - 30%
- Troubleshoot errors identified in the customer journey, subscriptions, and automation systems - 20%
What does your future team look like?
As a Marketing Technology Manager at GSoft, you will be a full member of our Demand Generation team. You will be part of an extremely talented team of digital marketers and specialists who will rely on you as a tech evangelist for a variety of digital tools and collaborate to develop strategies that drive acquisition growth.

In this role, you will have the ability to have a big impact on Gsoft marketing. Forming our technological roadmap, driving cross-functional programmes, and delivering new capabilities to enable our marketers to engage audiences across our communications channels are all part of this.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or equivalent degree in a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Have marketing business acumen, leadership experience, and the ability to interact with stakeholders across the business and technical developers
- Proven work experience in MarTech solutions and understanding of workflows, APIs, and automation
- Understand the architecture of an integrated marketing technology stack and developing systems that support and interact with one another
- Familiar with industry trends for marketing technology platforms and typical use cases of digital marketing platform implementations
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Marketo
- Be excited to bring fresh ideas on how we can improve our systems and processes
- Experience in SaaS or B2B industry is a plus
- Marketo and HubSpot certifications are a must
