**[Job Responsibilities]**
- Manage office equipment and supplies inventory to ensure availability of essential items.
- Oversee daily client and visitor reception, as well as office environment and equipment maintenance.
- Provide support to various departments, including Marketing, Finance, and HR, to ensure smooth company operations.
- Assist the Marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing offline/online events.
- Manage and maintain multiple social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, etc.), including content updates, data collection, and reporting.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including document handling, daily management, meeting room coordination, and document organization.

1. 负责管理办公室设备和供应品的库存,确保日常用品的充足;

2. 负责日常客户和访客接待工作,及办公环境的日常维护和管理,办公设备的维护;

3. 协助市场、财务、人力资源和其他部门,确保公司的顺利运营;

4. 协助市场部,策划,组织和执行线下/线上等活动;

5. 负责公司的多个新媒体平台(小红书,抖音,微信公众号等)账号的更新和维护,数据整理和统计;

6. 提供全面的办公室行政服务,包括文件处理、日常管理、会议室安排、信件和文件整理归纳。

**[Job Requirements]**
- Strong professional presence with a friendly and proactive personality; attention to detail, responsibility, and basic reception etiquette.
- Ability to respond promptly and assist the team in addressing and resolving various departmental needs.
- Proficiency in office administration and related processes, with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support; experience in study abroad, immigration, or education sectors preferred. Social media management experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Windows Office Suite, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, with skills in text, image, and video editing.
- Legal working status in Canada (work permit, PR, or citizenship); a valid driver’s license is preferred.

5. 擅长 Windows Office 软件使用,尤其熟练掌握Word, Excel, PPT, Canva技能,以及文字,图片,视频材料编辑与撰写能力。

6. 拥有合法身份持有工作签证,或PR/公民;有驾照优先。
