An electronics company is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join the team.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Processing daily orders and updating inventory
- Managing Amazon FBA arrangements and shipments, including packaging
- Conducting quality tests, product assembly, and provisioning
- Providing customer and internal support
- Tracking sales and collecting data
- Assisting with various sales and marketing tasks as required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn
- Fluent in English with good Mandarin communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities; efficient and fast-paced worker
- Minimum of 1 year of office work experience in Canada

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (7 hours/day). We are seeking a long-term employee for this role.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
