Receptionist/secretary

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Utilize computerized systems for various office tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Support front desk operations with efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment is preferred
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and record keeping
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
