Burnaby, Canada All Green Pest Control Full time

Founded in 2014, All Green Pest Control has spent the last 8 years simplifying pest control and wildlife services for thousands of families in the Greater Vancouver Area facing all types of critter issues. All Green offers a growing range of pest control and wildlife services which currently include insect population control, rodent control, raccoon, skunk, and bird removal, for residential, strata, commercial and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and other sales strategies
- Schedule routes for service technicians
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Meet or exceed established sales targets
- Convert warm inbound leads into sales
- Close and guide customers through the sales process
- Assist customers with inbound pest control and wildlife inquiries
- Provide pest control and wildlife education to every customer
- Compile service notes into customer quotes
- Effective use of our CRM. Previous CRM experience is an asset but not required
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven sales experience in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

**Salary**: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
