**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Calling on independent restaurant operations and demonstrating product, develop and present new & existing menu items
- Maximize sales by encouraging restaurants to use products represented
- Timely submission of critical reports
- Achieve sales projections and targets
- Participate at industry trade shows
- Cook food products and put menu combinations together to aid in the sale process
- Other duties as assigned
- Have a valid driver’s license and own car
- Be results-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Work well with teams and have strong motivational skills
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- Have excellent communication skills both written and oral with a strong command of the English language
- Have excellent computer skills at an intermediate level
- Have planning and organizational skills
- Have Culinary experience
- Have the drive to succeed and a great attitude
- College or University preferred
- Strong problem solving and strategic planning skills
