**Responsibilities**
Accounts payable, reconciliation of assigned general ledger account, month-end duties, helping organize events, posting daily transactions, filing, and along with other jobs that the controller sees suitable to the role based on experience. Other duties will be reception which includes answering phones, stocking in units, getting drivers, and many other tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritize
- Must have moral judgment for handling confidential information and financial transactions.
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous accounting knowledge would be an asset
- Knowledge of PBS program would be an asset

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
