**About the Opportunity**:
Due to an exciting period of growth, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for a **Growth Marketing Manager** to join our team in **Vancouver, BC**, on a **full-time basis**.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid channels strategy, with a focus on Google Ads, to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competition, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to ensure efficient and effective spending of the marketing budget, while maintaining target KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and MQLs.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-converting landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets that align with our brand and target audience.
- Design ad creative, including display ads, social media ads, and other digital ad formats, using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Continuously test and iterate on campaign strategies to improve performance and drive better ROI.
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging, goals, and overall strategy.
- Perform ongoing keyword research which includes discovery, expansion, optimization, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to manage campaigns from planning and development through launch and reporting, with a focus on generating high quality signups, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide monthly performance analysis report to marketing leadership teams on findings as well as recommended actions.
- Test, analyze, and improve our various conversion points in the marketing funnel to optimize performance and inform marketing channel budget allocations, including overseeing the development and optimization of landing pages.

**More About You**:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on managing paid channels.
- Google Ads certification.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills, including copywriting ability; English fluency is required
- Understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization and paid customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Google Ads, with a deep understanding of the platform and its features.
- Experience designing ad creative for digital marketing campaigns, with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
