Facility Maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment, facility and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders as per defined SOP’s
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist other departments when needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in electrical systems and plumbing troubleshooting
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Health Canada Security Clearance would be an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
