Evenica is currently seeking a **Sales Coordinator. **We’re a Microsoft Gold Partner that specializes in e-commerce solutions. We’re experts at deploying Dynamics 365 Commerce and we have our own portfolio of IP that compliments the Microsoft technology stack.

As technology leaders in our industry, we help our mid-sized to large enterprise customers achieve their B2B & B2C e-commerce goals.

**PURPOSE**

The purpose of the Sales Coordinator is to provide comprehensive support to the Sales team, including preparing sales materials, managing pipelines, coordinating travel and events, and assisting in marketing activities and document preparation.

**EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND DELIVERABLES**

**Assist Sales team by preparing sales and presentation material**
- Prepare engaging presentation decks for sales and solution presentations
- Collaborate with the team to learn and utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and e4 effectively in the presentation process
- Collaborate with Marketing to create sales collateral, social media posts, and content for MS marketplace (e.g., audio recordings, sales plays, videos.)

**Operate the sales pipelines and initiate client engagements**
- Respond promptly to new and existing relationships, making timely introductions and fostering positive interactions.
- Utilize HubSpot to track opportunities from initiation to deal closure
- Ensure sales pipelines are kept up to date

**Support sales team with calendar management and travel coordination**
- Coordinate calendars to ensure smooth scheduling of meetings and events
- Serve as the Travel and Event Coordinator for the Sales and Marketing Team, ensuring seamless planning and execution

**Provide support with marketing and Microsoft partnerships management**
- Coordinate and schedule panels, webinars, and other marketing activities on Microsoft Dynamics World (MSDW)
- Attend Microsoft presentations, summarizing content for company review
- Record new webinars, Microsoft Dynamics World (MSDW) panels as needed
- Maintain and respond to requests in the Microsoft Partner Centre

**Assist in the preparation of critical documents including Statements of Work (SOW) and Requests for Proposal (RFP)**
- Assist in the initial drafting of Statements of Work (SOW) under the guidance of senior team members
- Work closely with the team to gather necessary information and create preliminary SOWs for review
- Conduct the initial review of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, focusing on understanding rules and requirements, ensuring compliance with outlined specifications

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- MS Office
- HubSpot
- Experience with Jira is an asset

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Required to pursue and stay up to date with training modules, courses, and certifications as prescribed by Evenica
- 1+ year(s) of experience in related area an asset
- Postsecondary education in a related area or equivalent work experience is required

**WORKING CONDITIONS & TRAVEL**
- Typically required to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
- Some overtime outside of the standard hours outlined above may be required
- Hybrid expectations to complete work in office and at home
- Some travel (including international travel) may be required
