Your Next Career Opportunity - Site Leasing Coordinator

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities-
- Ensures all leasing agreements are executed in reasonable delays.- Assists in cleaning up equipment variances with internal teams and clients.-
- Assists in communicating and updating collocation status reports to internal and external clients as required via OneVizion.- Coordinates with the local SBA office and SBA corporate to track and ensure the delivery of site information packages to maintain high level of customer service.- Assists in tenant billing, reimbursement and cost controls as required.- Prepare documentation as it relates to ground lease renewals/extensions as required.- Ensures on-going efforts to keep accurate tenant/site information and to facilitate documentation clean-up as needed with internal and external teams.- Supports manager in gathering customer and market information to be utilized in pricing bundles, project proposals, site information.- Conducts analysis work on agreements/sites as instructed by the manager via PMDB, Collocation Portal and RSM documents.- Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements- Bilingual in English/French Canadian preferred- Associate's Degree CEGEP or college diploma in related field of study;- and/or +2 years of related industry and outside sales or business development experience (basic knowledge of wireless site development, construction, and co-location would be preferred).-
- Demonstrated proficiency and affinity for data/records management and database utilization.- Ability to analyze complex documents and extract relevant information.- Precise and detailed orientated.- Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.- Domestic Travel 10% of the time Depending on need to visit clients.- Based in downtown Montreal, next to Place des Arts. Montreal-based REQUIRED (4 days in person - 1 day remote)
