**ABOUT US**

Advantage Box is looking for an **Office Administrator **to join its growing team We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, is a team player, and wants to work for a company that appreciates hard work and rewards great results.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- **Responsibilities**: A variety, including customer service, purchasing, general admin.
- **Employment**: Full-Time, up to 40 hours per week
- **Hours**: From 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- **Location**: 2080 Van Dyke Place, Richmond, BC

**KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working closely with the president in an administrative support role
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, greet visitors
- Assist with purchasing activities
- Assist with updating the company website
- Assist with general office administration work

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities in English - verbal and written
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- A mature and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a similar role or the willingness and ability to learn on the job
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
