We are looking to hire an Inventory Coordinator/Assembler with existing skills, that will be versatile and able to tackle various processes in the production of our Lighting and Furniture Line.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Oriented
- Manage the flow of raw materials between manufacturers and finishers
- Check inventory levels and maintain minimums according to incoming orders
- Create purchase orders in inventory system
- Prepare raw items for finishing including wrapping, packing, and labelling
- Organize pick-ups and deliveries with finisher when materials are ready
- Receive finished items into inventory - quality control, proper storage, and labelling
- Identify defective items for refinishing
- Prioritize items for assembly according to incoming orders
- Fabrication and assembly of lighting fixtures and small furniture pieces
- Assemble items into finished product and wrap for shipping
- Wrapping and packing products for shipping

General maintenance and upkeep of the shop

Experience Required
- 1-2 Years wood shop or manufacturing experience
- Woodworking skills an asset
- Comfortable with basic tooling; Band Saw, Table Saw; Sanding Machines; Power Drills
