We work together with agency partners, corporate sponsors, individual donors, and over 300 dedicated volunteers to create impact in women’s lives.

We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative self-starter who is passionate about the sustainable fashion movement and empowering women to look and feel their best. Our Suiting Program serves over 600 Clients each year thanks to the generous donations from individuals and corporate clothing drives. With additional support from retailers such as Coach, TJX, and Bravado our Boutique offers items at no cost to Clients and boasts a variety of styles, sizes, and selections for women and non-binary individuals ready to re-entre the workforce.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Boutique Inventory (45%)_
- Responsible for the daily opening and secure closing of the Boutique and storage rooms
- Ensure Boutique is well stocked, effectively merchandised, organized, clean and ready for Suiting Appointments days and special events
- Maintain and organize storage rooms to meet daily and seasonal needs of the Boutique
- Schedule, coordinate and receive clothing donations from individuals and community partners and act as main point of contact with Gibson’s Cleaning service to monitor external donations deliveries
- Collaborate with Volunteer Coordinator to engage internal and Corporate Volunteers to with tasks related to Boutique operations (sort, steam/hang items, organize shoes, purses, etc.)
- Support the development and maintenance of key retail partnerships
- Administration & Reporting (40%)_
- In collaboration with Data, Systems & Technology Manager launch digital inventory system to track incoming and outgoing inventory and identify trends in Client clothing needs
- Answer questions and provide information about DFS Toronto programs and services
- Manage / purchase supplies required to run day-to-day operations of Boutique and storage rooms
- Program & Event Support (15%)_
- Design, coordinate, and execute annual Designer Clothing Sale (November)
- Work closely with Volunteer Coordinator to engage and support Volunteers
- Support Client facing events including _Mastering Your Job Search_ and _Youth Employment Summit_

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years clothing retail, visual merchandising, and inventory management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to set priorities and use planning, organization, and analytical skills to complete work and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Experience working with volunteers and/or overseeing small teams
- Proficient in basic Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Forms
- Interest and ability to quickly learn new technology and administrative software
- Flexible and able to work effectively and efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Experience working or volunteering in the non-profit social services sector an asset
