**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Servissio’s growing commercial and residential portfolio, including building maintenance, property showings, inspections, and administration
- Provide an outstanding end-to-end tenant experience, from signing the lease to move-out
- Ensure proper and accurate collection and deposit of all rent monies and other affiliated tenant receivables
- Understand and ensure adherence to the BC Commercial & Residential Tenancy Acts, as it applies
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors and contractors to facilitate any repairs or maintenance
- Promote and foster open communication with all tenants and Servissio team members
- Maintain and care for the Victoria office property, ensuring cleanliness and supply levels
- Complete other administrative tasks and perform additional duties as necessary

**What We Look For**:

- BC property management licence, or transferable licence
- 2-5 years’ working experience managing commercial real estate
- Prior experience in managing residential real estate will be considered an asset
- Prior experience managing a team of direct reports
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable and capable of thinking outside of the box
- Excellent organizational skills; comfortable managing a dynamic and unpredictable workload
- Outstanding and professional communication skills, both written and spoken
- Able to leverage and expand an existing network of real estate contacts
- Professional, friendly and have a high level of integrity
- Comfortable maintaining a flexible working schedule, including being on call
- Energetic, proactive and resourceful - will go the extra mile
